Our Support Mechanism

Our Official support times are as follows:

 

Tickets/Knowledgebase - 24/7.

Online Live Chat - 9am to 9pm.

Phone Support 9am to 9pm.

 

However, we're a weird bunch and we often burn the candle at both ends and even if we are not officially working will often pick your tickets up or respond to online live chats, our phone lines are closed at 9pm, however high priority tickets and emergency tickets contain an out of hours number to call.(this excludes low/medium priority boost tickets)
